Really interesting development. It seems like there are a couple of different 'categories' of productivity apps out there that are trying to become an 'all in one space' but with priorities to their roots. Task management, project management, note-taking, trying to lean towards the 'all in one workspace'.

Pretty good. But right now Notion is the best all in one option. I tested the last month Asana, Trello and Notion. Notion was waaay better than all others

@@patrick1992 better is subjective. Notion has a larger learning curve than other apps alongside limited offline ability and API integration but has MANY more advantages so it would depend on what features you want out of the app you are going to use.

@@patrick1992 They are backing into a record management system. The table view is the basis for all databases. You scale up with groupings, then you can do things like boards, calendars, mapviews, form views, etc. At the heart everything is a record that belongs to a view.

Dark mode and adding colors are not significant features related to productivity. Disappointed that you guys spent half the video talking about that.

Like your channel, but every time you call software a 'project manager' I cringe. A project manager is a person, it's a bit like calling a text editor a copy writer.
