I'm a flex worker and it breaks my heart that my workplace doesn't do this every day. I was told once a week is enough but honestly I'm not sure if they actually do it as protocol states. It's an honor to use a spirit. I ain't leaving.

Should to cleaning gasket and group screen everyday?

Hi! For every espresso bar this is different depending on how intensively they use the espresso machine. However, we strongly recommend to clean your espresso machine every day with the back flush cleaning program. Regarding the thorough cleaning of the group screen and group, we recommend to do this once a week. Hope this answered your question, if you have any further questions don't hesitate to email us!
