I know very little about this brand. I do know that Kirk Whalum played one (tenor) for a long time, but I'm not sure if he is still using it!

The tone holes are not rolled like vintage US saxes; they have rings soldered on. "R" is for "rings."

Steve Hi 👋, I have a Shadow serial number 126122 Stamped Made In Germany. Could you tell me what year this is please ? I've looked but can't find it. Also could you do a Video on how to adjust the palm keys on the shadow, cant seem to find one anywhere. Thanks so Much

My #'s only go up to year 2000 Ser # 113XXX so yours is early 2000's . You should have gotten a small wrench to loosen the collar on the palm key stem . Loosen the collar , spin the key touch up or down , Simple !
