Today I am at the Bangkok Auto Salon, checking out the latest car show on here. This event is always a fun one, but for me it is exciting because I am currently getting ready to buy a car. I love coming to these shows for inspiration and ideas, but this one maybe will send me right into the deep end of spending money on cars (again)

I've done the high end cars and the modified cars in Thailand...and now I have the V6 twin turbo Raptor and its the best mix of performance and practicality...awesome car...enjoy.

If buying a car is going to make you go broke I highly suggest you don't do it. Save the money instead. Cars and their payments/maintenance/insurance are the #1 destroyer of potential wealth in the world. You only have so much time/earning potential and wasting large sums of money on a car is a mistake unless you are wealthy enough that the cost is only a small portion of your net worth. And this is from someone who has spent/wasted well into the seven figures on vehicles over his lifetime.

@@keisone You should seriously consider listening because I had the same attitude at your age and if I had to do it all over again I would have invested most of the money I spent on vehicles/boats/motorcycles and could have retired in my 40s. Instead I am in my early 50s still working. I am not judging you, just trying to share some wisdom that could really help you in the long run. Best of luck to you.

Don't say you'll never be able to afford one. You gotta have a positive mental attitude to your goals and dreams in life. You want an NSX, work backwards in a timeline on how to make that happen. Anything is possible mate, you just gotta make a plan and everyday put in some work on that plan and end goal. Clearly you have the ambition and work ethic so I am absolutely confident we will see a video one day soon of you and your NSX. You've got one more subscriber now. Make it happen buddy.

Get a carbon EV hyper-car, the views will help pay for it 👍 Lotus Evija or something, you wont need to spend any more money on it. 1,500 kw of power with the 4 motors 1704Nm Torque 9.1secs to 0-300kmh Inside looks like a cross of a spaceship and a F1 car

Sweet Cars ! I think I got all my mod ideas out over the past 7 years with the vette and Charger I did not go crazy but interiors all have touch screens and can even watch local TV in them via antenna :) I look forward to getting a Click 160 and Honda CBR once in Thailand in less than 5 years and I am sure I will mod a bit. Great video man, good to see your perspective of it, I was there for last years auto salon, they had some amazing cars out the back at night, got to catch up with Smoky Negata last year too I believe he's back again this year, that guy is legendary and is the OG of the JDM drifting & racing scene. I remember meeting him back in 2000 or thereabouts when he came to Perth for some tuning at a friends JDM workshop. Go the Hilux, they can sell hell modified ones with full road rego that is drag spec there, crazy and cheap!

Great one mate. Not sure I saw one car in there that I wouldn't be happy with...or one lovely lady that I'd kick out of the sack for being ugly either! I've started looking at cars again myself. It's not fashionable but I'm tending towards one of those old Volvo 850r station wagons that they used to race and then slap a massively upgraded turbo in it.

dont waste your income on a piece of metal, yes something quite fast and automatic (easy to drive) but don't let all your income burn on something that you wont be able to use properly on thailands super congested roads!

Very good bro.. we finally finally had a car show in surin last weekend, my mates up the road have a mechanic shop and have about six wild utes mainly old chevs but small ones. Two of them are just crazy.. running the skinny front wheels and they actually had to notch the lip and apron to fit the ic lol, I’ve got a 50k gu build back in Sydney and their turbos dwarf mine haha, they spent about two days detailing them and just as the show set up it pissed down for two days.. so spewing 😢.. should see my sons wrx we are building back home holy fuk bro 😎

Thats a pretty old nsx, around 1st gen 91'. Still has the pop up head lights, beautiful cars. Not sure of the cost there. Did they have the Honda dc5 Type R integra. I miss my old 1 but i heard the jdm type r is quicker.
