Bangla Road has definitely changed and cleaned up, but it is still nice and busy which is great to see. Phuket nightlife is world-famous, and in 2023 it is still awesome!!

Just left patong after 6 weeks... Great for the thais but just too many ppl...prices up everywhere... Hotel I stayed in last July 550 baht now 3000+ if you can get a room... Suggest looking around nanai road some good bars... Rock bar being the best and Aussie run.. If in Bangla sit at heroes and watch the madness go by... 🌴💵.

Great video, Adam. I miss Phuket, in 2 weeks from now, I'm coming back to Thailand again and this time, my wife and I will also be going to Rayong. Which seems really nice and not too much tourism.

Phuket was actually my first choice before Pattaya, I was going to pretend I was there for diving, waterfalls and rainforests when in reality I was there for Patong so I can live my dream whore life haha. But then someone said if you're gonna do that just don't pretend and go all out to Pattaya, hence why 1 month in Pattaya. If you go south there is Ra Wai beach and a ton of island you can go to from there to go diving and snorkeling. That was something I was looking forward to in Phuket now all i have is Ko Lan. But if you go way north off the island a bit about 2 hours away from Pa tong there are a ton of Natural Parks with waterfalls, rain forests and everything one imagines Thailand to really be, a jungle. I still plan on that trip but I figured at 30 I need to get the Pattaya and Bangkok thing out of my system, and Im a grown up I dont really need to camouflage my reasons on going haha

I've been to both places. Pattaya as well as Phuket. I was with my Thai wife though, and both places are very vibrant. But Phuket has just much more to offer besides the nightlife. You can go snorkeling, island hopping, and much more. And it also doesn't take too much time to visit places like Krabi from Phuket. Which is worth a visit.

@Chris Verhoeven I will hit Phuket for sure as I said the snorkeling and national parks in the area alone are definitely gonna be missed. Plus I really wanted to see James bond island and Krabi too.

@@Mexishark909 Those are 2 great places and I'm sure that you're going to have an awesome time there. I still want to learn to dive in the future and get my Padi at some point. I'm heading back to Thailand in 2 weeks. On 11 March, I'll be flying from Amsterdam to Bangkok through Dubai and my wife and I will be visiting Rayong this time.

WOW you call this busy Adam?? ( very slow ) I watch hundreds of videos on Bangla Rd. The lady sitting down wearing the pink top that you said hi t he must try taco place looked like she had 1 to many. How is that Hard Rock?? ( some are good, some are bad ) That St was DOA Bangla Rd in the rain on a Sun at 11;30pm ( too early ) Crowd was mild. I can hear you. Is Japan still coming in Mar?? Dan talked about it. Excellent from start to finish
