I will never forget the time one of my high school boyfriends scared the crap out of me with a burger king mask. I used to sneak into his room all the time, and one time (post coitus) I turned over for a bit. When I turned back, he had that freaking mask on. I shrieked, and am still shocked that his parents didn't wake up. This was at the height of the 'wake up next to the king' commercials. We had a great laugh about it afterwards.

From a current BK employee stand point, I can tell you that the goopy congealed white stuff is mayonaise that has gotten too warm from the hot chicken being placed on it. However, if its a clear and white watery fluid, especially on the original (long) chicken sandwich, it's just from picking the chicken up from the fryer basket with tongs- the tongs poke a hole in it sometimes and "chicken juice runs out".

Ex Burger king worker here. I can confirm. same thing with some of the other chicken products. Oh and when you order the crispy chicken sandwiches fresh expect to wait at least 6 minutes. That is how long it takes to cook them fresh

Hi! Former Burger King employee here! The strange white goop concerning you on your chicken products occur when a kitchen crew member did not pay careful enough attention to the fryer and allowed the chicken to pop. They should have put it back in the fryer and it would have fallen off. (Or, what my co-workers always did, just throw it out and pay more attention not to let it explode next time) But they were most likely EXTREMELY overwhelmed by your order 😅 Anyway, dont be concerned by the "mysterious goop" it is merely fat or grease escaping (Hopefully this helped instead of grossing you out more lol)

Hey! I work at Burger King I’ve been working there for almost a year and that weird stuff on all the chicken was mayonnaise lol. If it’s all congealed like that it means they don’t whip the mayonnaise enough so it’s not and evenly spread. It doesn’t mean it’s spoiled it just means it’s been sitting out in the bucket and no one decided to whip it so it gets a weird film over it where it looks bad but it’s fresh mayo everyday we open up from the fridge. And trust me no one likes the chicken juniors. For the whopper jr. all the bread that goes on normal cheese burgers and the whopper jr, is thicker than the normal whopper big buns because it needs to be able to hold all the same things the whopper does that’s why it’s so overpowering with bread taste. I’m a vegetarian so I don’t eat the burgers or anything but I would honestly not eat any of the salads with the chicken on it just because I know how long that chicken sits out sometimes and depending on the store they don’t make fresh ones if they think ones been out too long. Also my store doesn’t have tacos so I’m very much offended that we don’t and one in california does. Well that’s the Burger King tea ☕️ Lowkey you should come to Pennsylvania and come to my store cause our shit better than the other 50 states #burgerkingplugsoidontgetfired
