Yup. It's a pity his performance here isn't complete but I'm grateful for what did get posted. I was trying to remember his name recently and then I remembered he featured in this tribute concert. I first saw him on a KZfaq video of a concert he gave in some theatre in Paris and I was blown away. He is amazing.

Thierry Eliez interpreta Keith Emerson in modo eccellente, rispetta le sue musiche, ma le personalizza con il suo gusto personale, sorprendendo sempre l'ascoltatore! Però non capisco come mai il nome di Eliez non sia stato menzionato nel titolo di questo video!

A brilliant concert, but I have to say what an absolute sacriledge that Tom's masterful performance of Tarkus was cut short! I'm sure like me everyone would have gladly paid extra to cover any overun costs. at the theatre. He was cut short 2 mins before finishing only for the whole audience to sit in near silence (save for some excellent impromtu drum work) for at least 5 mins before they managed to sort out amp problems in order to squeeze in America. That was also excellent, but I for one would much rather have heard Tarkus in its entirety (thankfully Tom treated me to a full rendition at home!)

many Moons ago Keith lost his Life. chosing a Suicide. for what ? bad Critics in the Net ? to all those Assholes ... you dont have any Rights to judged one of the greatest Artists in the World ! stay calm !! R.I.P. Keith. we will always love you
