@@ncs2104 That was because Manny beated Marquez many times and by that fight Manny became really cocky looking for a knockout thinking marquez was as easy as before. Then with a clear punch to the face that's what made him defeat Manny, however Manny learned from that cocky mistake and that is why you never see Manny do the same with his next fight, just safe but still aggressive boxing, he is not making his own opening for a knockout which is very risky, rather he is now exploiting his opponents mistakes for a knockout opening and if not then the scorecards are what he depends on.

@@billywilliams6154 pls define what you think is a technical fighter. if you think it's all about fundamentals, which seemingly contradicts his awkward style, then you're mistaken. it includes maximizing physical advantages, controlling angles, ring generalship, adjusting mid-fight and a host of other mental qualities. manny wouldn't have achieved his status if he relied on physical gifts alone. he is a very underrated technical fighter.
