Because let's see, it makes sense because, in the 1st movie, we din't heard about Charlie or Henry. Then Charlie can be the puppet, but we only know this in the 2nd movie. If Gary be the puppet, it also makes sense, because we have a reference from fnaf 2, William comes with a car, and kill Charlie, but in the movie is the different, William just...caught and killed Gary.

@@keithkatzz there's some people that say that. However he was in charge of the regular Freddy Fazbear, and a mirage of Freddy Fazbear. Golden Freddy wasn't in the first film.

@@Exotic_buttersareyummy in the games timeline, Mike is William afton's son. In the movie timeline, Vanessa is William afton's Daughter. So it is very possible that they are both revealed to be siblings. Mike's parents in the flashback could very well be adoptive parents. I mean, come on, It's Five Nights at Freddy's for crying out loud. They have a time traveling ball pit, and people getting turned into gummies.

@@Exotic_buttersareyummy I actually met Kevin Foster and Jess Weiss at Comicon yesterday, and Jess believes the theory that Carl/Mr. Cupcake could be Susie's dog. By the way, the cupcake is her favorite Animatronic. Kevin likes foxy.
