Hi Chris, Once you get a mental picture of where everything is it is a very effective interface. I have found quite a few glitches and I am very impressed with the responses from Keithley. I even got a email from the product manager John Tucker.

at the top border the scale stays the same. Until the y value that would relate to that coordinate comes into view it looks like it is just connecting the dots. Should that section of the screen use interpolation to limit those big jogs?

Thanks Robrenz, it's really a very nice review and very useful as we will have one soon in our lab. Just a query, I have seen the product is made in China, do keithley offer SMU 2450 that is made in USA??

We are talking about the voltages that quartz watches operate at, in reverse I guess. Something like 1/32,000 of a 1.5v bat.

Hi!!! Greetings from India!!! I have KEITHLEY 2450 SMU. I want to know how to do Electronic Pulsed Induced Resistive Switching (EPIR). Please guide me whether it's possible or not with this instrument. Which other instrument is needed to do the same. Can I use a function generator for that.
