Bahan-bahan:
454g mentega Anchor (masin)
125g gula
10 biji telur
170g seri kaya
380g susu pekat manis
125g horlick
125g tepung pau
250g serbuk susu
250g milo
50g gula hitam (pekat)
Ingredients:
454g salted butter Anchor
125g sugar
10 eggs
170g seri kaya
380g condensed milk
125g horlick
125g pou flour
250g milk powder
250g milo
50g browning sugar
Instructions:
1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy and pale in color.
2. Put in the eggs gradually and mix to combine.
3. And then, add in condensed milk and serikaya (coconut jam). Mix well.
4. After that, add all the dry ingredients (horlick powder , pou flour, milk powder and milo powder) and mix untill well-combine.
5. Add browning sugar and mix untill all blanded.
6. Pour the batter into the baking pan 8.5×8.5" and cover with aluminum foil.
7. Steam cake in 3 hours.
