Another retie video as requested! My routine has been the same since I've started my locs. I use the 2-point rotation and I wrap any loose hairs around the loc before I begin interlocking. This makes them look cleaner with no fly-aways. I talk a good bit through this video, just chatting it up lol. Let me know if you enjoyed it!

New subscriber here! Loving your texture and length. I will be 20 months loc'd on the 28th of this month ( in 2 days) and I have been doing my own re-tie since the very beginning. I wish I had some of the same methods while teaching myself over the first few months on how to do a successful re-tie. I have a few thinning locs and this is due to making them too tight as you mentioned. Ive had to cut a couple of them down just to blend in better. I have some that are still curly at the ends and some that have budded. Just like you, I experience different textures in different parts of my head. I'm looking forward to viewing more of your videos! Be blessed.

I’m in the middle of my retie too, will be 3 years loc’d January 27,2023b😝 I’m geeked! I am what I like to call free form micro loc’d because I didn’t part my hair just grabbed sections I felt were the same size. I did make sure to have an even amount on both sides. I had 636 locs with an under cut.

I understand that you interlock with a 2 point rotation. I am very interested to know the average diameter of your loc’s? I am wondering how much the 2 point rotation will visually allow your loc’s to expand over time? Your loc’s look fantastic and your videos are very personable and informative to watch! Thank you for sharing!🌺 P.S. I use the RevAir to dry my 100-4’x1/4” diameter Instant loc’s and it works just as amazingly on my loc’s as it did on my loose natural hair!💥

How long did you braid and band for wash day? Your locs are very uniform and I noticed in previous videos you don't the fuzziness. Looks so pretty! Did you always do the 2pt rotation? Or did you switch from 4pt? Sorry for all the questions 😆

Please tell me how you are able to successfully see the back of your head while you're retighting your locs. I'm considering doing my own but I'm afraid I'll end up connecting locs together on accident because I can't see back there. Do you have a specific mirror setup? No they will be very tight and no fluff. That’s why I changed from 4 to 3 for volume. I hope that helps
