❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Kekuhi . She is a living legend that touches ALL of the deepest parts of where we are connected to our ancestors. Whenever I can't quite see where she's going when she talks, I listen again and then find my mind blown to bits... She operates on a mental level that spans between the here and now, and a future we can't even grasp.

I miss Aunty Edith chanting down Keaukaha when I was very little back in the 1960's and she was a beautiful warm person

"Verbose"? "Obscure"? 😂😂 To the Narrator- Do not project your lower comprehension level and your lack of attention span onto the words of one of our most powerful and profound Kumu. You should be so lucky to have her take the time. If you do not understand Aunty, that's on you. She IS a genius and when she's talking I suggest you Ho'oma kaukau and ho'olohe with your mana'o AND your 'uhane , last time I checked, we listen with our pepeiao, not our big uninformed Na waha. She is beyond you, and you should figure out how to get to her mental level rather than call her " verbose" and "obscure".
