Yeah Hanya is kinda nuts. Shes essentially ST Asta but more functional without eidolons and is more flexible for teams She offers bigger damage bonuses then Asta due to burden giving damage buffs, and is far better then her in Hypercarry comps, on top of being SP positive and having the 2nd best break in for damage. All at e0, where Asta isn't really functional until e4-e6 and even then still plays at SP neutral. The only time Asta is slightly winning out is in Dual carry comps, which atm is only DoT comp Kafka and Topaz Sub dps with Himeko/Jing. Which... is being replaced by a new 5 star next patch. And even then theres an argument for Hanya being better in DoT focused comps due to her allowing the DoT sub dps for Kafka to use skill every turn instead of basic attacks. Again, all at E0. And at e0 her ult IS a 3 turn ult due to the speed boost being incorporated with the attack buff. Essentially, if you ult the person you want the ult on during their turn, the buff last for 3 turns since the speed buff isn't applied until after their turn ends. Works the same as Asta's ult. People were calling her a Side grade to Asta but, outside of one team comp shes flat out better in every way imaginable.

Since Hanya’s stats of power can’t be a main stat for chest or sphere pieces, using HP and DEF keeps her from getting stomped if a quantum ape sneezes in her general direction.

Def and HP are good because she needs to survive lmao. Same logic as building Tankyun, despite the supposed taunt value of each path, your harmony characters are always getting targeted. If you don't want your Hanya to get oneshot like mine then it's necessary. Also, contrary to Tingyun, she doesn't need a ton of attack for her buffs so you can go all in on survivability once you've got the right speed.

@@Zoeilaliterally not their entire point for existing. If they’re built as an amazing support but hit like a wet noodle, you need to realize that is a win.

Hp/def is good on supports because it makes them more tanky so when they get targeted they don't immediately die. A slightly less buffing support is better than a dead support

its good for her because none of her buffs scale off atk, just her own speed, so you aren't losing much except personal damage, just helping her stay alive to buff your dps

I mean for most supports you want to build what's going to make them support best, as you typically run a sustain as well. However in hanyas case, her only stat that improves her buffing is her speed, so it's honestly better to build as much speed as possible while making her as tanky as possible

Actually 4p Hackerspace is still the best cos she snapshots her speed which will include the buff from the 4p. Math is weird!

I got 4 Hanya with the 10 pulls that hoyo gifted us. I've not yet finished building her but she's OP already. I put her in Dan Heng's team.

I recommend pairing hanya bronya and fu xuan with argenti but if you need a healer lynx is a good choice

I spent 1 day to build her but I only have her at 65 but her speed is at 172 at the moment. cant wait for her to be 80 with 176 speed.

easy rising level char and lightcone, problem its relic...when u got bad day all relic gone so bad...or u have good relic but upgrade ruin it....hated so much when that came

While i get why people are building full def and hp on Hanya, having character with 240% scaling on their SKILL who uses their skill every turn be built for absolutely no damage just seems like too much of a waste for me. But then again I'm insane enough to farm dps relics for her while still going for def and hp subs. I know not everyone gives that much of a fuck

here are some character name pronunciations because its going to drive me insane if i dont mention them: Sushang: SUE-SHAHNG (AH as in when the doctor tells you to say "Ah") Gepard: JEH-PARD (AR as in when a pirate says "Arr") (and i know she wasnt in this video but Huo-Huo is pronounced HWOAH-HWOAH) sorry lol

Not a bad video, but as an HSR player, I would have liked a bit more depth. Like, maybe read up a bit on a unit before making a video. With a bit of research you would've known that levelling her skill (even one level) is completely unnecessary for her buffs. It only makes sense if you're trying to build a sub-dps Hanya, which is cope to begin with.
