Women are the ones who file 80% of the time, and while obviously many are probably well justified, it would appear to be treated more often by women as a convenience, or easy way out. This!! What you said at the end there! Yes divorce is hard let’s acknowledge that. But what’s even worse is remaining together just “for the sake of the kids“. I know because I lived it. My parents stayed together for that reason- and my sister and I would have had a much healthier and happier upbringing had they just gone their separate ways. Kids always fare better in a healthy environment over a toxic one. even if it means their parents are no longer together. Remaining together for that reason only is one of the worst things you can possibly do. This is why I get so fired up when I hear people say Things like “ oh try to make it work for the kids“ ... wrong! People like that are honestly clueless. If the marriage is irrrepairable, the best thing you can do is move on and let your kids live in a more stable, loving environment.

Just because their relationship didn't last forever doesn't mean that not all relationships don't last forever. You can't base other people's forever/relationships on everybody else's relationships, especially celebrities. Forever just wasn't in the cards for them. That's okay. But that doesn't mean that not everything else doesn't last forever.
