Can’t explain it, but this felt like such a genuine connection which one could only have with a sister, it was like watching two people who are destined to eventually become best friends interact with each other for the first time. 😂

My eldest sister (20 years my senior) gave me chocolate covered grasshoppers when I was five or six. She didn't tell what they were until I was three or four in. I'm still alive fifty years later. For chocolate covered food it needs to be the right chocolate; milk chocolate for salty foods and darker chocolate for the sweeter food. It also need to be real chocolate, not the white chocolate confection stuff.

I ate roasted grasshoppers on a stick before as a kid. It wasn’t bad. It was crunchy and a fun experience. Grasshoppers are a good source of protein. But I wouldn’t do it again.

We had chocolate covered millworms and grasshoppers in middle school. Everyone said the grasshopper tasted like kitkats. The millworm on the other hand popped and was like a gusher.
