I was in the audience that night, and Kelly was phenomenal on stage. She literally made me fall in love with her even more than I already was. She's so awesome!

She literally just gave a shoutout to her husband's ex-wife. I do not know what the conditions surrounding Brandon's divorce are, but I do know that Kelly is the greatest gentlewoman of all: she's wonderful to her stepchildren and adopts them, whether legally or not, as her own, as HER kids that she loves with all her heart- and she also acknowledges and accepts that their biological mom is still their mom too.

+Johanna A. Florez No, I think she refered to her dad that left her and gave the tough childhood life. Then her husband was the one who gave her faith on a man again.

She talked about that too. But when she said "Melissa's here" that's Brandon Blackstock's ex-wife's name, the birth mother of Kelly's stepchildren Savannah and Seth. And it seems that Kelly can see that Brandon and Melissa are both good parents, even if they didn't stay married. They all love Savannah and Seth as their own.
