I saw his ancestry episode, and it was fascinating! And that pic of his german great great grandfather did indeed look like him. There's a lot of strength and hope in his blood. Pretty cool

The African American side of the family is what most interested me. ;) Professor Gates said in a recent interview that they'll be reuniting for an Update Show focusing on his African American roots.

I feel like Joe was kinda flirting with Kelly 😊😊 maybe he likes her? They had a very fruitful conversation very not typical for the talk shows in America, where they talk about something and nothing at the same time 😊 love Kelly's interviewing skills, usually her questions are on point, have meaning and she does a pretty good job at trying to make sense of the conversations🎉 thats why her show has had so much success

This man is sooooooooo HOTTTTTTT but also funny, well-spoken, down to earth, humble, smart, kind ... read in a small article in People (by Sofia) that he and Sofia broke up bc he wanted kids and she did not. Too bad they didn't discuss this before getting married, bc I really liked them as a couple.

Beauty on the outside is like a nice fresh coat of paint. It doesn't mean that what's underneath the paint isn't rotten. Not saying that Joe is rotten, LOL, but the cliche "You can't judge a book by its cover" is always applicable. Just look at Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

And African. The African American woman reached out to him because they are related. His Grandfather was actually a lighter completed African American man that his grandmother had an affair with. You can find it on Professor Gates show "Finding Your Roots." He didn't explain that very well here, but Yes. In fact, Professor Gates says that they'll be getting together for an update on his African American side of the family.

It’s not surprising he has some German ancestry. Most US citizens have it by decent through emigration. The Welsh part is classic European ancestry haha, everyone is from somewhere else 😅

I can never sit through an entire interview conducted by either Kelly or Jennifer Hudson; They're too much into talking about themselves. I do prefer Kelly though, especially when she sings.
