Kelly Khumalo implicated in the murder of Senzo Meyiwa

The Senzo Meyiwa trial resumed in the Pretoria High Court this week with explosive new evidence. The court heard how an affidavit by lead investigator Brigadier Bongani Gininda revealed that two of the accused had implicated Meyiwa's girlfriend at the time, Kelly Khumalo. They said she was the mastermind who ordered the hit on the former Bafana Bafana captain. The revelations emerged during the trial within a trial to determine whether the suspects who made confessions did so under duress. Legal analyst Melusi Xulu says the big question is why Khumalo hasn't been arrested.

My question is why the state didn't finish with the witnesses who were inside the house 7 of them first and then start the trial within a trial case how come they questioned Tume Mthoko and Zandi only what's about Longwe and Kelly and the Kelly's mother why they were not taking the stand?

First question where is the blood for zenzo secondly accused number 3 and 7 they saying some statements pointing the finger to one person as the one who give an instructions which Kelly and people in their house they suppose to be arrested for more investigations which is the khumalo familly the is money photo found as well in to phones of there accused were did that money come from how and yo they phone as well it seems there was a communication lastly the information from brigadier about an affidavit form it's a clear information for more investigations as well but let's stand for trueth then we avoid corruption as I see there is money circulation guys let's have pain about the death of this worrior emigine for 2013 they failed to du they goal naw it's second tym we need the familly of meyiwa to rest in peace we asking more action from judiciary they suppose to duu their investigations whylist Kelly khumalo is behind the bars this whole trueth suppose to be out long tym

They said Kelly's phone was stolen on that night,so which Kelly's phone that Gininda says they found photos of bag with money that they also found on accuse 3 phone?

Mntungwa I think the prosecution realized that if it calls all the witnesses who were in the house they will likely to say one and the same thing that "Two intruders came in and shot Senzo" which is something undisputable...the result thereof would be to pile same evidence on top of each other...That doesn't stop the defence in calling them if they so wish...28/1/2024
