Kelly is not a A lister and she probably was angry because there were A listers there who were being prioritized. She really didn't look that great that evening and she was angry that others looked much , much better that her. The stars and celebrities eash have a certain amout of time to get their photos taken ,there is another celebrity waiting to come on the stage to have their photo taken. It is probably the role of the person who was moving Kelly along to move Kelly along so the next person could have their turn. I think Beyonce would never have acted in the ugly way Kelly acted. Kelly you are no Beyonce.

Agree to disagree. The behavior displayed by that female attendant has been an issue for several years. The question has become, why hasn't that attendant been replaced? She doesn't represent the festival in a good light. A possible outcome could be entertainers rejecting invitations to walk the carpet or attending the festival. Beyonce has her own issues so including her into this situation wasn't necessary.
