The Honest Company founder Jessica Alba dishes on creating the company she always wished existed, her four-year-old son's love of destroying things in their home, and the benefits of going to therapy with her teen daughters. Jessica also admits that she was sassy toward her mom as a kid, and now she makes her own children listen to meditation sessions when they are acting up.

I love it when Jessica and Kelly get together. Jessica is always so chilled and pardon the pun - honest when it comes to her family life. Not pretending it’s perfect all the time. I love that. She’s very calming and refreshing to watch. Have alot of respect for her💖

Just wondering, does anyone "Not" have sensitive skin. I constantly hear people rant about having sensitive skin. But I'm the opposite. My skin is so tough I live in Australia and I've only been sunburt around 5 times in my whole life. And they weren't bad and didn't last long. And I've never had problems with sensitivity when it comes to beauty products.

OK, Kelly is a BAD interviewer. Jumping in, cutting, throwing HER own opinion amd experiences like 10x in a single question. Fun doesn’t equal good. As someone that went to broadcasting school, this is so annoying. Like the team didn’t even give her a crash course how to do interview. So “Me, me, me,” SMH.

5:50 See? Uh-uh. I Hate When They Do That! Now, Jessica is my girl and you can't find a THING wrong connected to her name! She's sweet, classy, fun and beautiful! But if you were Honey you would be Honey at home! Honey was CHOREOGRAPHED by Black and Hip Hop dancers with A TON of cutting the clips to make her (just like so many other frontin' leading ladies & men) look like they can dance & know what they're doing! It's really not in them and these actors and actresses be standing tall behind productions that throw on "movie magic" to make them look legit! STOP IT, Girl! *Lol* WE are not fooled!

By the way, I AGREE with Kelly! I think it's JUST *that* ...her being silly! And I certainly do think you should just be silly and happy and free ...and not have to worry about the "cool" and being all that comes with that! People Should Dance Just _However_ & Be Completely Freed Doing It! ...I'm still not fooled into thinking she's as good as they made Honey *look* though! 😄 Lol Or any celeb that's given the "movie magic" treatment. Either way, she's still my girl though, for many other reasons!

@@misslee6788 No, It's Not At All! I love how you know her intentions so well though (a joke), but this is certainly not the first time she's spoken about it! And she most definitely thinks MUCH more of herself from that role than the reality of her actual natural talent in that area. But at least she CAN take instruction well. They pulled off the good angles and tons of cuts, and she did decent enough giving them something to work with. But that's it. Otherwise, the whole movie was corny. Period! Lol Again, STOP IT!

@@tiffanylockett5950 But really, its not....fyi Jessica is secretly insecure about herself. I've always noticed it because it's like looking in the mirror. If you pay close attention to interviews she never seems comfortable and confident in what she's saying. She's also somewhat of an introvert. She has to say things like that to mask it.

Sit with your spine straight (or feel the alignment of your body, lying on your back, without a pillow, on a surface that doesn't sink too low with your body weight). Breathe out deeply through your mouth. Feel the lung emptying almost completely. Don't do anything that your body feels attacked. Respect your body. Inhale deeply and exhale through your mouth again. Repeat this three times. Then close your lips gently and breathe through your nostrils. Your natural breathing. Watch how it is. Notice if it's a loud breath or if it's a lower, abdominal breath. Notice whether the inhalations and exhalations are long or short. Just observe. The eyes are half-open, resting naturally. Without closing the eyelids, thus avoiding total relaxation and falling asleep. What we are doing is Zazen. Sitting in Zen. Meditation that goes beyond the subject/object duality. The tip of the tongue should lightly touch the roof of the mouth, behind the front teeth. We are in a stance. It is firm and relaxed. Those who are seated can place the back of their right hand on their lap and the back of their left hand rests on the palm of their right hand. Those who lay down just join the thumb with the index finger of each hand and leave the arms extended with the palms up. Smoothly. If you are seated, check that the knuckles of the left hand are over the knuckles of the right hand. Thumbs touch, end to end, as if there were a very thin sheet of paper between them. Light, smooth. We form with our hands a mudra (position) called the cosmic mudra. An elliptical shape, as if there were a ball of air in our hands. It is the shape of the movements of the planets in the cosmos. The cosmos is in our hands. We are in the hands of the cosmos. No dualities. We are the cosmos, we are the life of the universe in manifestation, transformation, expansion. No fear of anything. No fear at all. Open to the unique experience of human life. We sit and listen to all the sounds, all the silences. External and internal. We feel all fragrances, all odors and non-odors. Internal and external. We perceive light and shadow. Forms and non-forms. We feel the saliva in the mouth. Flavors and not flavors. Through the skin we perceive the air, the breeze, the heat. The fabrics that touch our skin. What does not touch. And we observe the mind. The mind that thinks The mind that does not think. The pain, the anguish, the suffering. Pleasure, joy, tranquility. Everything is in us. Let's open the box of sensations, perceptions, emotions, memories, actions. There's nothing to throw away. There is nothing to cling to. flowing. We let the harmful sensations flow. There is nothing fixed or permanent. We will surprise ourselves and the world, being reborn in every moment with the lightness of those who live for the first and last time. This is the Zazen of the Great Vehicle, which leads us to understand ourselves, life, death, illness, old age, birth, healing, the sweetness of being able to be experiencing the countless possibilities of existing. Co exist. Inter Ser. When we least expect it, pain transforms and we can give thanks and celebrate life. May all enlightened and benevolent beings bless us. And protect. Now and ever. hands in prayer - from Monja Coen meditation tips.
