It's been about what, 8 years? I just remembered this existed and listening to it nearly brought me to tears. Not for the show, well maybe the show, but probably for where I was 8 years ago. It's so weird to think about how many things have changed since I first listened, I really miss it all.

Back here for the same reason. I was still a kid then, 15 years old, maybe? Can't even remember what my mindset and outlook on life was, but time felt way slower then than now, coming up on 24. 2020 came and went, halfway through 2021, and in just a good 8 weeks I'm off to work. It's funny, everything they say about childhood is true. Wish we all listened, you should really enjoy it because that time between 5 and 10 is mentally as long for you as 40 and 80, so I'm sure our parents and grandparents meant it whole-heartedly, urging to not grow up so fast and to enjoy the lack of responsibilities and guaranteed care, food on the table, etc It also felt like the golden age back then on KZfaq. Minecraft was in its first big explosion still, KZfaq wasn't as monetised and corporate, e-sports and streaming were just coming to the more mainstream rather than an X-fire nerd hangout. Yet at the same time I know I wasn't happy back then, super depressed haha. I'm doing better now, thankfully, yet this nostalgia remains. Time is a train with no breaks, and our embarking station only grows more distant. I guess it's a reason to make the most of what you have at each moment of life, as you only see how much you miss it in retrospect. Like damn, I miss having my mom nag me about homework, you know?

Same man. I remember being into MLP in my middle school days and I listened to this stuff all the time. I still do, artists like ashcorp and glaze have had some extreme significance in my life. Hang onto the memories my man! you never know how good they are till they're just that- memories.

I know that you'll probably never read this, but thank you. Thank you so much for your music. I was honestly really sad, way sadder than id been for years, and i just couldn't stop crying. But then this song played on my phone, and it was just so cheerful and happy that I couldn't avoid singing along and enjoying it and it made me so much happier and I can't thank you enough for that. I don't care if you never read this, because I just had to at least say it. Thank you, so very much.

I want to share my experience with this song, if anyone's interested: I listened to this song within a day of its release because I was subscribed to WoodenToaster and was obsessed with youtube. The moment I heard it I knew it was special. No song had made me as happy as this one and no song since has either. I immediately put it on my ipod, which at that point only had 5 songs on it. The other songs didn't matter though because I simply put this one on repeat and listened to it exclusively. For weeks and weeks I would sneak my ipod into school and classes just so I could listen to this song. My friends thought I was mental because I listened to this song with one earphone in, while talking to them during recess and lunch. Since then, I've kept it on every music playlist I've had. At this point my ipod has had around 1000 songs and 14 playlists, but this one has never left my library. Right now, this song is my ringtone and I still haven't found a song that tops this one for me. It's crazy to me that I could listen to any song for as long, or as frequently as this one, and simply not get tired of it. This song has become part of who I am. So, never underestimate the effect music can have on someones life. This song is amazing, and my life would be worse of without it, so thank-you. Sorry for the long (and disgustingly heartfelt) read, but this song means a lot to me.

My girlfriend of over a year Ame and I sang along to this song a few times when I visited her for the first time a month ago (we're in an LDR). Is it just me or was 2012 like THE year for animation AND music? That's when a ton of the big brony artists, youtube stars (like Kenny!), and animated series reached their peak. Some are still active but it seems like 2012 had all their Magnus Opuses and we can't quite reach that point :/

I remember this song! I used to listen to it all the time in middle school on repeat, and i have a fond memory of falling asleep and forgetting to turn off my music. I woke up in the middle of that night to the smell of apple cinnamon while i saw my stepmom get ready to take off to work. Listening to this so many years later takes me back to those days. I'm a grownup now but I'm so glad I remembered this song existed. Edit: shes not dead btw dw :> but that was around when i only knew her for a year or two, nowadays i consider her my 2nd mom

Gravity Falls is probably one of my favorite shows, and this song has a lovely charm to it. It really represents it, and never fails to cheer me up when I'm down. Easily one of your best songs to date.

If they ever make a Gravity Falls movie, this either needs to be the main song of the movie or the song in end credits, or both! Anybody else agree with me? Alex Hirsch said he wants to make a Gravity Falls movie after the final season. This song needs to be played in it.

It would definitely work during the end credits. I can just imagine the words "Directed by Alex Hirsch" appearing on the screen, and this song starting. (Agh, that would be so cool!)

This song was top of my playlist back when I met my first boyfriend, and he just happened to live in Oregon. So, I've always kind of associated this song with him. Wonder how he's been. Hope he's well.
