What started as a composition idea in GarageBand iOS ended up being a revisit to one of my favorite all time Temptations hits. All tracks were recorded as MIDI in GarageBand and then separately loaded as audio into Quantiloop Pro. My guitar was processed strictly with BIAS FX by Positive Grid. This is how I shamelessly act as a bachelor when my wife goes out of town!! Good clean living and music making!

My favourite vocal version is George Michael's live commanding performance at the Princess Trust concert on 1st Dec '93 Wembley Arena, the presence, the energy, the voice are truly electrifying. But my goodness this instrumental version by Ken is equally tremendous! The timing, the spacing, the nuance and feel are amazing, it's like the guitar is actually singing. Dark and captivating, it keeps the listener hooked on every note. Phenomenal interpretation, phenomenal arrangement and sublimely executed. Now this is one hell of a musician with an amazing feel for his music. Jeez, I just checked and it's 10mins 49 sec long, it's such an intoxicating ride that I never realised it was that long, phew! Thank you so much for creating and uploading, deeply enjoyable. 👍🙏❤

What great serendipity! At a recent gig with my instrumental trio, my bass player just started playing this bass lick. The drummer of course fell right in, and I was left to play as much of the melody, horn and strings licks as I could summon up on the spot. Terribly spotty, but it had such a great groove! So since then, I've been working out more and more bits and pieces from this fantastic song. And then I stumbled across your very creative version, which has given even more to think about. Wonderful!
