Kena Bridge of Spirits has 210 Collectibles - 100 Rots, 51 Hats, 24 Flower Shrines, 10 Spirit Mail, 13 Cursed Chests, 12 Meditation Spots.
Finding all collectible locations unlocks the following 7 trophies:

Good as New [Bronze]
Restoration Master [Silver]
Zen Master [Silver]

None of the collectibles are missable! You can pick up everything in free-roam after the story (which is recommended). Pick up what you find yourself during the story. Then come back after the story to clean up the missing items. This guide is intended for use AFTER the story. When you first visit these areas you won’t always have the required skills or map access to reach all collectibles. Some areas are locked off until much later. 41 Collectibles (35 Rots, 6 Hats) are automatic rewards from story progress and aren’t actually picked up in the world.
After the story you will be put back in the Title Screen, from there select Continue and you’ll spawn before the ending cutscene. From there you can return to all regions and keep searching for Collectibles.

Just a heads up to anyone who might have had my issue, the rot you're probably missing is rot 11! There's an area later in the game where you can get the squash hat which apparently counts towards this area as well. I had 6/6 hats and 12/13 rot so I assumed that I couldn't possibly be missing that one but it turned out to be the one I was missing

Really good video, I appreciate that it usually shows the traversal to actually get places. The only downside is that the video doesn't have the charms, as charms were patched into the game after this was made.

For anyone stuck on the 12/13 rots....I already had the gourd hat and had to come back to collect the rot once I could regrow the crops again! Must be a glitch 🤣

I gave up on the Russo mask and that hat … that last archery challenge took me OUT 🤣! I must have tried 30 times, and 4 was my best 😳.

Just going to give up on trying to find all the Hats. I don't have fast enough reflexes to get perfect scores on the archery trials and then I end up just reaching out and getting super frustrated to the point where I just want to quit

When sliding down from Rusu's backyard warp point back to his house. There is a tether flower, and a chest on the way down sliding, but I can't aim or shoot while Kena slides. How do we get it?

Your videos are awesome! It really helped me into getting all the items in this game. Unfortunately, I think I have a bug in getting the Rusu mask. I've done all the archery challenges but for some reason, it won't give it to me! I wanted tgus game to be my first platinum EVER but I cant if some of the game is bugged! Anyone else run into this problem!?

If you are facing the spot where you will place the owl statue it is directly behind you. Around the corner in the grass near the cliff. Hope that helps.

Same here.I checked all places twice and also a another video guide.This game is sooooo annoying with all bugs and glitches.I am mad on my self that i am buying it on release for 40€.🙄

I've found the missing one, just make sure to re check the places we're rots are supposed to be, i missed the pit one, thought i took it but i didn't.
