3:02 you could clearly see the bad headbutt caught him right on the jaw then the over hand right on the top of the head finish it,Torres was none already for a ? chin this shattered it he was never again mention.He could had been a great champion,but it's funny how things play out sometimes..

A head-butt can be a lot more powerful than a padded glove punch. 3:02 the forehead right to the middle of the face full power snapped his head back. I don't think it was intentional like Hollyfield would do.

I seen the 1st fight and 2nd live.....the 1st one was crazy....this one was clearly a headbutt. Holt would've lost this fight for sure. Wonder why there wasn't a 3rd? Ask Holt....he knew better

Without a doubt it was a headbutt and Torres wasrobbed, HOWEVER, Torres should have not been so aggressive. Holt had not really been hurt but the previous knockdowns and the headbutt that stunned Torres could easily have been a punch and we would have had the same outcome.

felt sorry for torres.. The problem with Jay Nady is he's too far from both fighters (as he always does in every fights he officiates). Probably one of the reasons why he did not see that it was clearly a headbutt. Look closely and you'll see that holt did not hit torres with a big shot that could make torres unconcious like that.

head clashes happen in boxing all the time. They happen when two people are going at each other aggressively. Head's clashed, and torres backed up and then before he could reply got hit with a shot he never saw coming. It's no different to if someone got knocked out while catching an accidental thumb to the eye in MMA. Head clashes happen, their heads clashed, Torres got caught, fight was over. Fair result.

There was body shot, an exclamation of pain by Torres than boom a shot to the temple, no headbut, this fight shouldn't be judged by this particular video, it has already been proven that there was a body shot that shook Torres up

No. Replay shows the body shot didn't even land flush on the right side of his body and Torres barely flinched. Just as Torres is following up his head is jerked back by a massive headbutt. Then as he backs up he gets hit and KOd.

I guess you forget the intentional foul that Torres made when he hit Holt as he was getting up which is not allowed. The headbutt happened mid exchange, and looked unintentional.
