Complimenti! La cosa che più mi affascina è la ritualità del "cucinare" il cibo che poi viene consumato. In occidente la velocità della vita moderna ci impedisce tutto ciò. Adoro inoltre l aspetto "generazionale" dell'atto, mi piace inoltre il vs sano appetito in contrapposizione al ns mondo zeppo di diete e nutrizionisti. Vi saluto cordialmente. I worked on the Gascharan NGL 900 project in Iran 1977-1978. We we’re near to Bebehan and the people in the area are great. I never had roast lamb there, but I did have it in Kuwait later. I don’t like lamb here in UK, but the Middle East roast lamb is delicious. These ladies produce great food and great videos, giving us an insight to simple life in Iran Keith.

My name is Reggie,. You know, a few months ago I discovered these cooking videos. I like them very much. However, the problem for me is that they are not allowed to be themselves. Their awkward silence detracts from the beauty of who they are and what they are doing. IF you want the world to learn about and want to know the heritage of these women and men then you must allow them to talk and interact with one another normally. Also, when you show what they are cooking we must see what those people call them in their native languages. Yes, this might require a bit more work for the editors. But that's a part of the process. I was raised up hanging out in the kitchen learning from older women as they prepared food. They were never silent while they cooked. They enjoyed what they did and enjoyed even more sharing their knowledge with others. We may not be able to speak their languages or understand what they are saying. But I can guarantee you that the videos will be more fulfilling when they are being normal, speaking to one another as they go about what they are doing. Besides, if you use the Google translator to give us the names of the things they are cooking then we, the viewers will benefit more from the program. Besides I love learning new words and languages. I would even take note and pause the video to write down the translated dialog. So. please, stop turning these beautiful and interesting people into muted machines.
