I used to watch you back in the day when I had the short hair and you helped me out tremendously with tips and tricks.. But of course, I didn't see you for a while since I had traditional locs..Then I cut my locs and got short hair again (something about short hair man) lol.Around the same time you started your microlocs, I started mine. Man was I so happy to see that in my notifications.. Thank you for you what you do.. I feel like I got my old friend back that I haven't seen in a while lol 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾😊😊😊

Thank you for this video and welcome to the LOC FAMILY! I stopped watching your videos because my daughter installed my Micro Locs for me Jan 1, 2019 using the Interloc method. I cannot stress enough how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY HAIR/LOCS! I was able to wash my hair immediately which is so important to me because I work outside. I also comb my ends while wet with conditioner at least once a month because I don't want my ends to lock. I like the goddess locs effect. I remember the first time it rained and all the ladies were running for cover and I just stood there and danced in it. I get soooo many compliments and I am sooooo grateful. Enjoy your Loc journey. You're hair is beautiful.

I am loving these locs, girl! I just reduced my twist size to be micros but after seeing yours, I may have to reduce once more 😢 not sure my arms can handle it lol may have to pay someone to do it for me. But until then, time will tell as far as size.

Kendra, I just installed my micro locs yesterday and my scalp is ITCHINGGGGG!!!!! How long after installation can I use thre water oil spray mixture? I've been told to hold out from shampooing for at least a month. I'm just confused as to when I can start moisturizing. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I had the same issue after my daughter had her locs installed. Even the sprays I brought from her loctition didn't help with the itching, and they told me not to use oils/ shampoo as well. After a couple days the itching stopped but the process sucked! , I guess her scalp got used to the locs being in, I eventually started put a little oil on her scalp only (i just can't get down with that rule lol)

Valerie Guillaume hi I will not be doing a tutorial of how I did my locs however I talk about it in my previous videos. This was a spontaneous decision therefore I did not film any parts of the installment. But they are basically micro 2 strand twists that I’ve started interlocking.

Could you share why you videoed all your other hairstyles but not one of the installation of your locks? Did you not install them yourself or your loctician not agree to recording?

Thomasene Hicklin-Gill I have a playlist for my locs if you haven’t checked it out yet. In one of those videos I’ve explained that this was totally spontaneous and that I just woke up one night and started 2 strand twisting my hair. Nothing was planned. Believe it or not, I don’t put every single hairstyle on my channel however my IG has everything documented from start to finish so I’d suggest following my IG. I don’t have a loctician if I did, I wouldn’t have started my locs with 2 strand twists I would have got the actual sister locs. Hope that answers your inquiry!!
