The thing about Family Matters, though, is it's filled with so many misconceptions and misrepresentations that the bars neutralize themselves. He talks about Ross's jealousy being a side-effect of Ozempic, only to go on and start his 3rd verse with one of the most jealous lines and for us all to find out that he's on Ozempic. He raps a decent entendre about how he shoots straight and his bars go over Dot's head but proceeds to misunderstand or misinterpret Kendrick's "we hate b*tches you f*ck" line to be something about the race of women he's been involved with. This is just skimming the surface lol! So, I don't know if Family Matters would stand to scrutiny even against the most basic of rappers. You're right though, Drake wasn't and never has been prepared to go toe to toe with Kendrick.
