Kendrick had section 80 , then GKMC , Then Untitled Unmastered ,Then DAMN. I have never seen a rapper with a flawless album run like that where everything is just top tier. Also Kendrick has continued to evolve as an artist with new flows ,voices , types of songs etc there's no debate here. I also factor in his unreal stage presence when performing live, how serious he takes his execution of those performances and his breath control. Kendrick could rap and rap and rap and just zone out without stopping once.

I heard Cole first Friday Night Lights came out when I was a senior about to get ready for college and that mixtape spoke about all that. KDot on the other hand has a very very classic album with GKMC who in my opinion nobody in this generation has an album that’s as classic and creative as that one. But I’m going with Cole because KDot takes too long to drop a somewhat mediocre album that has to grown on me in time. Soon as I hear a new Cole album I’m on it without a second guess. Can’t say the same for Kendrick.
