I can see that you are developing? Makita is a good brand that produces electric tools. I would recommend you to build such a 4x4 quad with a 200cc engine with a manual gearshift;)

And I see that you really read all of your comments. Because you got a lot of concerns about the ones you made with the bearings not being serviceable on burnt out by your welding all around them. If that round tubing is Galvanised, be aware that the fumes given off when Welding it are HIGHLY toxic.

Knuckles, shaft and bushing are metal to metal contact. No rubber bushings its noisy.
