@@fork2647 Dove (Dovealove), another vtuber and ex mod of Kenji, doxxed Kenji in a private GC in 2022. The GC had 5 people, one of those being Kage. The whole GC was to hate on, bash, and pray for the downfall of Kenji. Kenji kept quiet for the most part because he didn’t want to potentially spread his dox information.

Fr hearing kage "apologize" sounds like a letter written by the company when idols apologize for doing nothing wrong but have people demanding an apology so they read the letter. It felt so fake, like we caught a kid lying and they start to sigh and almost cry. Idk how to feel right now, i just know that i'm so disappointed in this. Kami apologized and that really felt genuine, not this. You didn't deserve that Kenji, no one deserves that kindo of stuff. Don't let this affect you and keep doing what you're doing, you're great.

So, I feel pretty caught up now with everything that has happened including context to understanding everyone's sides. Thank you Kenji for these clips on your channel for people like me to look through. At first, I was in emotional denial for the people I looked up to as my life changed because of them. Then with some more processing I stopped following Dove, then Kage, and the rest idk as I haven't 100 percent digested everything (may take me a full month to see how certain vtubers will carry on and then make my final decision). This situation shouldn’t have even been brought to social media. I feel like people are more upset with Dove’s friends than Dove herself. SHE DID THE DOXXING, BE MAD AT HER! Her friends aren’t completely innocent, but they’re not the perpetrators. Let’s stop using this as an excuse to be bullies and start thinking critically. We’ll never know the entire story. Honestly, I think Kage’s perspective makes more sense than him just hating for no reason. It’s not abnormal for someone to form their opinion on a person based on things they’ve heard. Not everybody is going to like you, that does not make them the devil. Especially since this happened two years ago, people can grow and mature. They probably should’ve cut Dove off, but they can’t go back in time and change their decisions. And cutting off people you’ve developed a connection with is much easier said than done. As a reminder, I am not blaming Kenji for anything related to him being doxxed. I just think this could’ve been handled with more maturity as he is a grown man.

Right, I think the way this entire situation is being gone about is very immature. It feels very in the moment and not considerate of anyone else involved, but I’m not the one who’s been wronged so I understand the frustration. But for other creators, careers and friendships to be destroyed over this just seems unreasonable and unfair. This could be literally any other Vtuber from Hololive, Vshojo, Ninisanji or any other indie vtuber. How would we react then? We’ve already seen many Vtuber controversies from the start of this new year. And many other Vtubers have been allowed to slide. What makes this any different, especially for the ones involved who have done minimal damage.

I've lost Dream and Wilbur, then I lost my kami oshi/favorite vtuber (Vox) then I lost my favorite vtubing group (Luxiem) and now I've lost my second favorite vtuber group. I swear to god if I lose Avallum (my new favorite vtuber group) I'm gonna completely break down. Basically a vtuber named 'dove' doxxed Kenji or at least Ed threatened too. I don't know if they did but either way it's horrible. Kaga was a friend of Kenji's and during this they were on Kenji's side. Dove made a group chat about the doxxing and added many people who I'm not sure are. But either way after the doxxing Kenji didn't give it any attention. Other than showing his anger at it by ranting. Either way after everything dove would brag about it as if it was a joke and kaga was in the group chats with dove. And Kenji only now got light that kaga was two siding him. (That's all I got please if I missed anything correct me.)

Coming from someone who doesn't watch Kenji but does watch Kage... Kage wtf. He sounds very guilty in the call, more than an innocent person would. I feel awful for Kenji but also the other Mofongo boys who had no idea what was happnening and have been caught in the cross fire (Andy and especially Kami. Still 50/50 on Phoenixx)
