+deanmasonone What I liked the best was how you put it together and were able to make it cohesive. So many of the series that were done were done so in order to attempt to dispel as much if the conspiracy as possible. I used to work for a stock film company and Peter Jennings came there multiple times to find film for his "The Century" series on ABC when he was alive. I had the opportunity to spend some time with hum and right away I wanted to know what he thought at the time of that long weekend since he was the first Canadian journalist to get to Dallas and was reporting from the jail. He told me that whatever his true first impressions were of Oswald they were not something he would ever be able to get out of his mind. I pressed him in it and he told me that it was better for his career to keep his own thoughts about what happened to himself. I didn't get much more out of him but that was pretty telling to me, in that he knew even then that the fix was in on Oswald. Otherwise he would have said the same thing he said on air on that thing he did on the 40th anniversary in 2003. That was obviously ABC towing the single assassin line.

In the '80's I worked on a film about the Kennedy / Hoffa connection and I was lucky to spend several hours during the long production days speaking with the director and writer(s). I was amazed even then (pre JFK), their default position was Oswald was clearly a patsy, and probably had nothing to do with the actual shooting. They often said that the key to beginning to see behind the subterfuge, was money. Later, when Oliver Stone made JFK, again, there is the theme of money being the key, as put forward by Donald Sutherland's character Col. "X" (Actually Col. Prouty). On a side note, we had bomb threats during filming, so I can't blame Jennings for being hesitant to elaborate on what he knew, or surmised. Your kind remarks are most appreciated, and being expressed from a person that has a background in stock film, it means even more when you said I was able to assemble the many pieces cohesively. Not at all. It doesn't take 100's of people. All it takes is a handful of men who are able to control and compartmentalize what other people know. And obviously the CIA and FBI are both in prime positions to do this, as they are the primary source of intelligence for the U.S. All it would take is 6 or so of the top men in each agency coordinating, and controlling what information others received. The CIA had conducted coup d'etat many times in many nations before this. They were seasoned and experienced with assassinations.
