jeremy dryden so basically he got a life sentence for killing a federal judge, how many USA citizens to date have killed a federal judge & not got a death sentence, unless it was in a state that does not have a death sentence ? Also Mac Wallace also killed a man in Texas, yet he got away with a fine & suspended sentence, talk about LBJ getting his way again making sure he does not go under & his political ambitions go out the window, unless they get rid of jfk to put the fear of GOD into RFK ? Which they did & then got rid of RFK because he was going to expose everything, especially about the killing of his brother, so Hoover & LBJS old Military hit men got together & made sure they got a Patsy set up & the rest is false history again ? Till the Kennedy Family come out of the hole they are in & tell the TRUTH to the WORLD. Like the Old saying goes the TRUTH shell set you free. :)
@jeremydryden7362
@jeremydryden7362 7 жыл бұрын
7071t6 I can only assume you do not live in the USA! We have two court systems here. If you commit a "state" offense, you are tried in that states court system. Then we have a FEDERAL court system. If you commit an offense that is a "federal" offense/crime then you are tried in the FEDERAL court system. Harrillson killed a FEDERAL JUDGE in the state of Texas but it is irrelevant WHAT STATE he killed a FEDERAL judge in (it could have been in ANY STATE). The deal is he killed a FEDERAL JUDGE and that is a FEDERAL offense. Mack Wallace did kill a person (in the state of Texas) but killing a person is a STATE offense. The killing of CERTAIN persons are FEDERAL offenses; I.e. Federal judges, police officers, postal employees while on duty, killing of a kidnapped person, bank employee during a robbery etc. To tell you the truth, our federal government has always had a death sentence statue but has never vigorously applied it. I don't know whether Harrellson took a plea or went to trail for the killing but either way back in 1980 the federal government wasn't giving anyone a death sentence for anything. And I believe RFK knew damn well Johnson and the bunch killed his brother. Johnson was a power hunger, ego maniac and wanted to end his political career by being the president. But he knew he would never get elected. He forced Kennedy to make him his Vice President with the full knowledge and plan in place already in 1960 to kill Kennedy and be appointed president. He ran in 64 but chose NOT to run for a second full term that he could have ran for. BECAUSE Hoover told him that people were digging into his past again and he needed to fade away.

at 28:19-28:23, what about killings obviously done with excessive violence, clearly done by trained/paid killers? the killings were all at off-times and off-places; in the shadows. for one woman involved (a reporter), her screams didn't last long enough. mary sherman's death. guy bannister's death. the dallas officer who's car kept blowing up, finally he 'committed suicide' with a rifle shot into his own chest (instantaneous arm extension?). deaths by karate chops to the neck. medicine/drug overdose (david ferry). joe milteer (incomprehensible/deliberate houes fire). lee bowers (incomprehensible/deliberate car accident). lee oswald (who's finger print did not match malcom wallace's in the 6th floor spot). jack ruby by sudden cancer (back to mary sherman). the list was many, and the old police saying of 'that's one coincidence too many' can't be ignored.

This Milteer interview is fascinating, why was he not held in chains unti he gave up names? I mean he is predicting exactly what happened, it is so disturbing. I find it hard to believe the Kennedy brothers did not know the risk in Dallas, or anywhere else. There was enough warning. Kennedy said he could not let the risk hold him back and wanted the top down. He did not want security on the tail or side of his car. He wanted to make a bold statement in Texas. Reckless or courageous, I don't know. But Canada loved Kennedy, I remember that.

I put forward the words that my view, is NOT the only view. Coup d'etat in America was from '92... 27 years ago, and I'm not sure it is the definitive authority. Finally, here, and in many other presentations (written and otherwise) there are no absolute and final facts...only opinions. It's a riddle, inside a mystery, wrapped in an enigma. He has not been identified as Frank Sturgis. Frank Sturgis doesn't look anything like that. Sturgis was part of the assassination, but he wasn't one of the tramps. The people alleging that the tramp is actually Sturgis are betting on the fact that most people have no idea what he looks like. In general, people believe what they are told.

The autopsy photos sho9w that his scalp was left in a torn "flap" when his brain was blasted out. I think that's what you're looking at. In some of these photos the medical staff can be seen holding the flap down into its original place (kind of). Look at the autop photos, they tell some of the story, as well as revealing how photos were doctored. Check out my episode titled "Autopsy" (avail on my channel) for more info.

(SIX) RIFLES ASSOCIATED WITH TSBD. Remember the refrigerator repairman who picked up an Oswald lookalike carrying curtain rods in the Oakcliff area and got dropped off outside the Texas School Book Depository? maybe he carried a rifle in pieces and snuck it inti the building while Oswald was working on Wednesday 20th November, or That employee from the second floor who purchased two rifles during his lunch break on the same day, showed emoyees including Oswald and said he kept both rifles in his office and took them home that day, 20th November. That's potentially 3 rifles. The mother of three kids parked at the rear of the TSBD who many years later rang a radio station and said she saw a man running from the rear of the TSBD with a silverish coloured rifle to a waitinbg grey-dove coloured single seat Plymouth car but a patrolman came along and told the driver to move the car, the lady said he looked at her kinda dirty and the officer yelled again "i told you to move that car!" the lady said she realised later that he was "that Tippit" officer. The man with the high powered rifle ran instead towards the railway tracks. so that's potentially three rifles. And then there's the mauser seen by deputy sheriff Roger Craig. Thats potentially 4 rifles. Oswald's alleged Carcano is 5 rilfles. And Lillian Mooneyham of the 3rd floor who saw a rifle with scope in the sniper's nest on Monday 25th November. That's potentially (6) rifles. TALK ABOUT A TURKEY SHOOT BY A CRAZED LONE NUT ASSASSIN?

But hey, if you are setting him up what better way to prevent a gnuine investigation? You say he was at the Russian and Cuban Embassies and if we tell the people that he was in cahoots with the Communists they would demand retaliation which would result in nuclear war and 40m dead Americans. Anyone looking at the Z film will get the impression that JFK moves very much to the back. Thompson saw a slight movement forward just before the movement to the back, something that the likes of Dan Rather would not have noticed as he wouldnt have got blows, slow me and rocking back and forth over and over. Dan Rather lied. In fact watch his interview and how he says Connally turned right round and exposed his chest to the 6th floor window. He even opens his arms out to suggest thats what happened. The 3 tramps, were in the railway cart behind the pergola, so a perfect spot to shoot from, also Zapruder always said that the shot's came from behind him & to his right, re: he said he was in the line of fire, then in 1966 on TV he said that the WC staff said he was not a expert on fire arms & that the shot's came from the TSBD, which is total BS, the only shot that came from the West end of the TSBD was the shot that hit Connolly in the wrist as he was turning around back to his left & you can see the blood on his right hands shirt cuff, which was the 7.65 Masuer rifle they found, the arm pit shot was from the records bld 7 the Del Tex bld was the rear head shot & 0.07 sec later the frontal shot from the fence approx 30 ft along it re: James E files with the XP Remington .223 or 5.56mm AR type round with a Mercury filled Projectile or bullet, which basically hit jfk in the temple & the bullet jacket opened up to basically make jfk's brains into mush & a exit wound in the right rear of jfk's head, also there was a shot to jfk's neck which was from approx 403 commerce st & lines up 100$ re: HASL reading's as well, straight through the windscreen & due to the angel of the glass, the bullet went down & into jfk's neck & came out his back, he was also shot in the back from the DEL TEX BLD ? Most important fact is this, they never ever mention the missed shot's which is 5 in total, so if you add the total shot's over 12 shot's were fired at jfk & only 2 can be seen in the current z film, re: the windscreen chrome Mold hit, re: Frame 331 & also the Drain cover/concrete mark, which is still there today, re: frame 402 in the left hand corner of the frame a white streak seen? the rest of the film was altered, to hide the blow out to jfk's rear head, which is painted black on the film & tell tail marks of forensic evidence is the proof is going on right now to see how much alterations were made on the film. After all NARA has a copy of the film & it's a secret Service Copy re: #0186 which is already altered, where is the original double 8 film after processing, which should have a tag on it re: #0184, but no such film is in the records at all, but the government paid over $16 million dollars for a altered film, then they ask, MPI to put the copy of the film into digital format, yet they stuff it up as well, my Printer can take 8mm Negative film & i can get it printed up, so it shows you how much work they really did & more importantly there's only 25ft of film, where is the rest of the 25 ft, as each roll of film is 25ft on each side, so where is the rest of the film, you cant have just the jfk side, wheres the family side of the film, even if it has only 5 seconds of film & the rest is blank film, where is it ?

If one looks closely at the sidewalk and notice the storm drain opening where the roadway meets the curb, you will see a 5 or 6 foot opening. Directly in front of the grassy knoll. This opening I believe is where the final head shot came from. This close range would explain the muzzle smoke visible just after the bullet hit Kennedy's head. A shot from high up at the fence line is the wrong angle. The railroad bridge at the front however is probably where the neck shot came from. No other explanation is possible. And this location is perfect for the sniper. Out of view, and the escape is easy. This drain opening was closed in later modern day films. Why? They know the facts .... ... ....

When I first saw this clip in many other of the JFK films, I always wondered why this drain had been blacked out. Why would they edit this drain ? (There is NO light shining into it, it is just a solid black line placed on the film) Something must have caught the officers eye ? This is where Jack Lawrence was hiding and from where he shot JFK in the head. The Presidents car was brought to a stop just before the steps and close to the drain to give a clear shot, sending Kennedy's head UP BACK and to the LEFT.

And I noticed Gov Connally turning fully side on as shooting starts- is that to clear for a front shot? And how he says “they’re trying to kill us all” Why would he think the shooters were plural? And how severe was the shooting, and how many shots fired that would make a Ex Naval Officer like Connally think that all six of them could die from the shooting? Surely you'd need at least one shot per person? And its also evident, in the horror of his brain being shot out, that JFK surely died immediately at 12.30pm, not 1pm. As Jacqui knew.
