I made a ranking. I took into account the strongest users in the anime, along with the possibility of victory when controlling the character in Mugen games.

Seguinte mano,todos os meus chars vão se tornar públicos uma hora. Estou finalizando o Drake,e os membros vão receber antes, assim como o Luffy,mas o Luffy não está nada pronto,é apenas o começo.Drake quase terminado.
