Rotating Destruction is a 3rd Degree Brown Belt self-defense technique in American Kenpo that works for a right step-through front kick followed by a left spinning back/rear kick.

Thanks, David. By doing the left inward parry first, we are not passing up a body joint without checking and it is safer. The same can be said about Circle of Doom.

Nice crossing the legs, we do the same thing in Choy Li Fut. 1:17 We call that the Elephant block lol.

@@SeabrookMartialArtsAcademy Oooo, maybe about 5 years before my master got old and retired. Before that, I took about 15 years of Kenpo, got 2nd Dan. Seeing Jeff Speakman at the beginning of "The Perfect Weapon" got me started ROFL!!!! I Got the Power! 👍
