People can so many different things in so many different ways in the public eye, people could be good or bad idk, but if you are supposed to see something everyday that DOESN'T get done is a whole different story, I watched a few video's of different hoods in different places n I cannot believe how much garbage is on the streets n sidewalks, it's supposed to the Mayor who must take responsibility of his employees to make sure the garbage is cleaned up everyday, it should be done a daily routine, maintenance section of city/town should make sure it must done daily, but at least clean the effen garbage lol Yup people litter all the time n know they shouldn't do it, but Mr Mayor, get your act cleaned up...

No soy experto,pero leyendo muchos comentarios esto es fentanyl parecido en la eroina pero sintético y mucho más fuerte y necesita para los drogadictos mucha ingection por el día porque se va rápido el efectos en el cuerpo lo que pasa es que las sobredosis es mucho más fácil comparado con la eroina,esa más o menos es la cosa

@@manueldimaio pelo que eu saiba , a heroína é uma droga cara, valor alto, então explica está quantidade de drogados, pois eles não tem condições de comprar, pagar pela heroína... então tudo leva a crer que eles usam é de fato este tal fentanyl...

@@lemes664 yo soy italiano pero te hablo en español y no sé nada de portugués,pero lo que yo sé es que es mucho peor el fentanyl,pero tiene un precio más bajo y como la heroína te da una adición muy grande,claro que la heroína es más cara y es mucho más difícil tener sobredosis y de morir también por supuesto,yo sé que los efectos son muy similares y que en USA hay muchas de ese tipo de droga y también te digo que lo que se ve en Kensington es increíble y nunca he visto algo así a la luz y delante todos y parece que la ciudad quiere así para tener más bajo de control esta situación tan fea,y en América para que yo sé hay mucha facilidad as encontrar fármacos opioides y la gente abusa mucho deso y te da adición

vos vidéos sont les meilleures de celles que l'on voit, car arrêt sur plusieurs minutes, on arrive à se mettre à sa place, jambes fléchies, corps plié sans équilibre de cette pauvre personne on se dit qu'on a de la chance de ne pas subir la drogue. La drogue c'est l'enfer.

I notice that no one asks if they're ok. Not just in this vid but all the videos. Some people are on the sidewalk sprawled out, looking lifeless and no one inquires about them. Are they alive or dead. It's ignored and no one cares. Its beyond sad..it's just tragic and incomprehensible. What will it take?
