A song about loss. A dear friend lost his younger brother in a tragic accident. Never have I experienced something more moving, it felt like uncharted territory. A couple days after the accident this song poured out of an old acoustic guitar. This is the song I’m most proud of. - Casper

As much as I like the dynamic of the instrumental version, I think it would be prefect for an accoustic version too. Could get entirely new depth and beauty. Sort of like song "Paris" by The 1975. I love the esthetic of the album so far. Sounds fresh and beautifull. Keep it going!

This is the only song I've been listening to for the past month, I'm Armenian living in Armenia and for those who don't know where Armenia is.. it is where this music video was shot, speaking on behalf all the Armenians living in Armenia, Artsakh, and all around the world, we are all experiencing loss and pain because of the war targeted against the civilians in Artsakh by Azerbaijan and Turkey, I hope the world sees and acts on what's happening here, before it's too late... Thank you Kensington for this amazing song, and I hope you guys enjoyed your stay in Armenia. Peace for Artsakh, Peace for Armenia!

I absolutely hate and absolutely love this song. My brother died 7 weeks ago, very sudden due to a heart attack in his sleep, only 34 years old. I arranged every aspect of his funeral and this was one of the songs I chose for him. It was also the song that really hit me during his funeral. Thank you for making such an amazing song that, even though it hurts, it helps me with the hurt and grief.

Ik zit momenteel middenin het rouwproces. 4 Maanden geleden nooit beseft dat het zo ontzettend zwaar zou zijn!! Maar ik moet me groot houden voor mijn kinderen mijn ouders en alle anderen. Maar als ik in bed lig en ik luister dit nummer huil ik mezelf in slaap. Kon ik maar terug en mijn zus weerhouden van de definitieve sprong die ze heeft gemaakt.

I'm from Bogota, Colombia. I ran into Kensington about 3 years ago on Spotify and I really don't know why they are so underrated and don't have the recognition they deserve. Several of their songs must have been at the top 10 of the charts around the world. I know it's not easy but I hope they come to Colombia one day.

46 years and have tears in my eyes...pouring down non stop ... .more than 4 weeks ago (28th of Feb ) thought I not would survive the night at the ICU in Amsterdam....less than 5% heart pump function and almost zero probabilities of waking up the next morning..worse night in my life...liver, bladder,lung malfunction... Someone or something looked over my shoulder from above. Right now pump rate is 15/20%...going .through .rehab in Leiden. ...waiting for enough strength to go through an open heart surgery. This is dedicated to everyone that lost a loved one ..along the way...and to all to the families and friends of Corona victims. Be strong !!!!! Casper great voice&song....you and Snow Patrol are my favs...and so so so sorry for your loss.....be strong even though in unchartered territory and you don't know where to bang your head.... Much love from Basalt rehab in Leiden.♥️♥️

I feel with you, it's been a few years ago my brother and sister in law had their unborn lost, it was such a beautiful baby, so heartbreaking! It was by far the most touching funeral I've ever been to.

J'ai découvert Kensington il y a quelques mois par hasard en écoutant des chansons et en laissant tourner la lecture. Je suis devenu fou de ce groupe! J'ai approfondis et je suis devenu fan inconditionnel! Des chansons qui me donnent la pêche, d'autres m'inspirent, d'autres éveillent de véritables émotions! J'adore vraiment! Came here because of GGGARTH and Andy Wallace. All i can say is that i'm very proud of being an European and hearing European music at this level. One of the most amazing bands i've heard in a long time. Also, did a record with my former band in Portugal with Sylvia Massy and we use to chat about the genius Garth all the time. Andy Wallace for me is simply NR1 in Mixing. What a privilege! Keep it up!!!!

There isn't any other band, in my opinion, that has the ability to lift their listeners to a spiritual higher ground. Not to mention the meaningful lyrics to their every single song. Bløf has that too, yet they sing in Dutch in stead of English. Love this band ✌ Kensington you seriously rock hard, meesterlijk gewoon

Míjn man is 20 juli 2017 onverwacht overleden. Hart stilstand. Kids waren toen 13 en 15. Hebben alles gezien. Zijn straks 3 jaar verder. Jullie liedje omschrijft zo goed het gevoel. Daarvoor dank. Lost my lover and best friend 10 years ago in a car accident. I love you guys in your rawness and bitterness, but now I love you even more! We all lost loved ones and hearts are scared. I dedicate this song to Julian who left us before becoming 30 years if age. My nephew in BC. Thanks for this song.

Ik heb mijn opa ook verloren, en herken t ook wel een beetje (de songtekst). Maar ik ben snel door gegaan, want ik dacht dat hij het ook niet leuk zou vinden als we stil blijven staan met het rouwen. Dus als je nog zit te rouwen kom hier terug en luister dit 1000x en probeer verder te gaan, want je moet niet stil staan.

This song just emotionally destroys me! It's so beautiful, such an intensive and good song! And these lyrics, I'm so in pain, crying so hard. Last year I lost my mother. This song describes everything I can't put into words. This song hurts so much, but in a good way. One of my alltime favorites.

We hebben dit nummer gisteren gedraaid op de crematie van mijn schoonvader. Hij is vorige week donderdag overleden en hij heeft het dus zelf nooit gehoord, maar mijn vrouw werd er onmiddellijk door geraakt toen het de volgende dag uitkwam. Bedankt voor alle troost, Kensington.

This song got a whole different meaning after I had to perform CPR for the first time a few months ago. She didn't make it, and I felt terrible... Still do every now and then. Having to accept that sometimes giving all you have is just not enough was my uncharted territory.

This song grabbed me by the throat, gave me goose bumps and gives me tears in my eyes from the first time I heard it and it still does. Two years ago my nephew and his girlfriend lost their first child, an unborn daughter only 2 days before the day that her birth was planned. This was so unfortunate and I (father of two kids) can't even remotely think about what they needed to go through. After getting a healthy son about one year later they were able to get pregnant again. Everything went well up to about week 30 of the pregnancy of their second son. It suddenly went wrong and they lost their second child during pregnancy. It's difficult for me as an outsider to comprehend what happened but OMG what about the parents. I have no idea if I would have been able to handle such a situation. And like in the song, you suddenly are confronted with uncharted territory. What can you do? What can you say? How should you react? How can you move forward? Thanks Kensington for this beautiful song!

Dit nummer raakte me al voordat ik wist dat er afscheid op mij stond te wachten. Inmiddels is het afscheid geweest en kan ik rouwen en herstellen door dit nummer tot in de oneindigheid te draaien. Mijn hart huilt, maar dit nummer omarmt het en troost het. Wat een krachtig, intens, mooi, liefkozend nummer is het. En wat kwam het op het juiste moment voorbij!

This is such an emotional, pure and beautiful song. I lost my father, each time I listen to this I have to cry, but it is giving me lots of consolation! Thank you Kensington!! You are more than GREAT!!! The voice of Eloi is soooooo real and awesome!!! A new big fan!!

Wat een opbouw van dit nummer. Vind dit eerlijk geen Kensington nummer maar juist daarom vind ik hem zo mooi. Tekst kwam direct binnen met tranen tot gevolg.. Keep up the good work guys👌💪

Dit nummer raakt me echt op zo veel vlakken. Ik mocht bij het concert op 5 december zijn waar ik dit nummer voor het eerst hoorde, had moeite om tranen binnen te houden.

This song makes me feel like I’m going through some harsh divorce, even though I am not married. Apart from the jokes, this is such an amazing and heart-touching song. Always makes me emotional and I can’t stop listening to it. I went through a breakup at that time, which was really difficult for me to handle. From the moment the song came out, I was already in love with it. I’m sorry to hear what happened, I can’t imagine what you’ve been going through. Keep up the good work guys! Love ya! ❤️
