I’m not a Kentucky fan but I’ve low key always followed them and been a fan under the radar but I just don’t understand why no one is talking about Dane key and Barion Brown coming back. That’s one of the better and most fun WR duos I saw last year and with them returning and adding some weapons like yall said on defense with dumas I think they have a little better chance at a 9 or 10 win season then most would think!

I do agree with the point that Kentucky needs to take the next step

The defense will he a top 3-5 unit in the SEC, last season it took a bit of a dip, but normally the defense is really strong. I expect that this year the defense will be one of the best in the league, and depending on how well Brock vandergriff plays, and how good Bush Hamden is at OC Kentucky can definitely be a problem. They have one of the best wide receiver rooms in the SEC, top 5 Wide receiver room, they have some really talented young running backs, and the tight ends are one of the best rooms in the league as well. With as tough as the schedule is i think they will go 8-4. But I would not be surprised of they end up having a good year and finishing with 9-10 wins either. Because the roster is definitely more talented than alot of people realize.

Everyone is complaining about the bad takes but as a Kentucky Fan I agree. I don’t see this team being better than 7-5. Would love to be wrong though.

Yes stoops is the second highest paid coach in the S EC or one of the top 3 to 5 so it's time for him to step it up I'd like to play for a playoff spot or at least be talked about a national championship game

The schedule is brutal but let’s see the facts. Kentucky has the most returning production in the SEC. 2nd highest returning OL snaps at 78% in the SEC and adding an SEC starting RT in Gerald Mincey from TN. According to On3 Kentucky has a top 10 CB unit nationally Top 10 LB unit in the country and a top 15 defensive line in the country as well. I’m not worried about defense at all. Offensive Line as mentioned before is as experienced as any OL in the SEC with a top 5 OL coach. Kentucky has both its deepest QB and WR room it’s ever displayed so even with the brutal schedule UK has enough depth to compete. I think an 8-4 season is ideal this season not only is a step up from the last 2 seasons but would be a phenomenal season given the schedule

These Kentucky takes are hilarious and Andy has been on a roll of bad takes recently. Mizzu's ceiling was not raised because of Drink. They had done that in the SEC within the last decade. When are we going to realize that there is only so far you can raises a ceiling? Did Kentucky not win 10 games twice in the last 6 years? How can you be sure of Drink after one year, but down on Kentucky after 2 years doing the same thing? Kentucky would win 10+ games a year in any other conference minus the Big 10 and SEC. Has anybody realized Kentucky's down years have been 7 wins? When did that start? When was that ever a thing? Kentucky fans better hush or they could end up like Nebraska when they ran Pelini away for going 9-4 and 10-4 every year. This is coming from a LSU fan who Kentucky beat badly a couple years ago.
