The one round rule is always a must. Years ago I repaired a 10mm Bren Ten automatic pistol which needed welding on the frame near the slide. I was getting ready to test fire and placed a cartridge in the magazine; I then released the slide and the slide pick-up the cartridge and ran it into the chamber whereupon it fired on seating in the chamber. It turns out somebody had stoned the action and very light trigger pulls don't work well with automatic pistols.

Watching the SLow-mo makes it little wonder why you feel sore after a good day at the range. That looks so ridiculous with that 700 grain hard cast. You guys are awesome.
