Sterling, the heart of Logan County, Colorado, with a population of 13,735 as of the 2020 census, is renowned for its historic domed courthouse built in 1909. Sterling stands proud as the largest city on Colorado’s Eastern Plains. Our destination, Chadron, Nebraska, is the administrative center for the Nebraska and Samuel R. McKelvie National Forests, among others. It’s also home to the Museum of the Fur Trade, a nod to its rich historical roots. American Truck Simulator, developed by SCS Software, made waves since its announcement in September 2013 and its showcase at E3 2015.
