Captains don't dock ships kaka. Port pilots are the ones who take the ship into a port for docking.

The way things goes....soon itakuja kuwa laughing stock of Africa, and it will set a very bad presdence as it is now at least kenya was moving in what it seems as the good direction. What I have learned is Kenyans are really effective people outside their country because the way the best they are you just left to why until now Kenya is poor....🤔🤔🤔
