The Global Trade Centre is the tallest building in Kenya in terms of occupy-able space. Even though Britam is the tallest structure standing at 200 meters, only 133 meters has occupy-able space, the remaining 67 meters is taken by a communication aspire.
GTC entire 184 meters is made of occupy-able space making the second tallest skyscraper but the tallest in terms of occupy-able space.

Just came from Mumbai and the my goodness the architecture there is something to behold.Every other apartment block is a sign and wonder.70+ floors of classy residential apartments.Those are soooo many to count .Tuko mbali but we well get there.

This is too much for nairobi. It will be extremely crowded amd alot of greenery will need to be removed. Instead we should focus on developing satellite cities to decongest the major cities

......but our own still literally eek survival in utter squalor....we are indeed alot that forever in the name of persuing what we usually refer to as " development" seem to get our priorities upside down!
