Governor Mutua is the President Kenya needs but haven't realised yet. The good thing is he is still very young but the bad thing is he is irreplaceable and men like him come once in a lifetime. He is the Elon Musk of Kenyan leadership today. A man who challenges the society to think differently and is not afraid or intimidated by people be it talking about research or even his formula 1 dream. In future it could be turned to a school or hospital if need be and help people of machakos.. More so that structure will save them alot of expenses especially for the governor himself. Damn! ksh.350m for such a structure is a BARGAIN, and in 9 months? It means governor must have used prefab construction all the way! I will leave criticism to others but it is noted that the building will also be the county government headquarters. Also, if the ksh 350m was part of the county government budget for a headquarters/governor's office, Mutua had to use it strictly for that purpose. Remember at the beginning of his first term when he purchased ambulances and police cars from a budget that was meant to purchase high-end Landcruisers for the administration? Poor man got in "political" trouble !

Kakuyuni-kangundo road tarmac, makutano-kithimani road 33km tarmac, masinga-kivandini road 19km tarmac, kenol-mua road 14 tarmac,pepe - athi river 4km tarmac machakos cancer center open, 70 standard ambulance, 8 world class ambulance fully equipped with theater equipment, machakos level 5 hospitals upgraded which was first to receive the national government equipment btw level 5s are only 12 in kenya, 6 level 4 hospital fully functional from theater to medicine and mortuary, all public primary school 909 received 10k litter tanks, 112 ECD class rooms build, kenyatta stadium completed in 2013 and 7 more stadia ongoing namely: masii, kinyui, ikombe and mavoko etc, 434 boreholes, 216 River wiers, 260 dams and water pans etc etc!!show some respect bana.
