You can squeeze lemon juice and a clove of garlic, the point is to reduce the smell, if you don't mind it then plain water will do just fine

It's uncooked . First of all deep dry matumbo before deeping it in tomatoes sorry I have to teach you too . Personally I can't eat it

Deep fry matumbo?? If that's how you do it that's for you, over here we Boil till tender then fry as per your liking. You can't eat it, was the food made for you eat? There's so many channels on KZfaq, kindly move to another one that fries matumbo.
