I would probably never tried mono hydro for Floor 12-1 if I didn't watch your video. I somehow managed to clear it after a few tries exactly on the 7th minute. I really thought Genshin spiral is gonna be impossible to do if you don't spend. For the last few months, I lost motivation to pull or build any characters because of that. Thanks to your video, I realized I can make it work if I tried different strategies.

i thought this was the easiest of the bunch or may be im out of touch. the last 2-3 abyss i had to retry somewhere between 2-3 times to 9* , this one i did first try with a lot of time left. I used clorinde quickbloom on first and neuvillette hypercarry on second by the way.

Not really. F2PKeqing always clear that slow on their first Abyss video if they use Lynette.

Same, F2pKeqing videos is essentially a big part of my Abyss runs for the past couple of patches. I don't have the same skills as he does but his runs always gives me an idea about what I can do with my own account.

@@ajreyes1262 before it was more to the back so when it dashes backwards it would be more close to the wall so that as long as you’re in front of it it wouldn’t just dash out of your vicinity. Yes that does change how people view the boss as a somewhat of a freebie to just annoying

It has very scripted moveset now, it will slash>dash > slash > dash again>> repeat, so you cant corner it anymore

Most people would need at least 2 hydro characters to get through those pyro shields fast enough. And somehow there is still another wave to deal with after that. Probably the hardest floor 12 chamber ever.

If anyone wants grouping tip, slowly moving or standing near the next spawn point is ok, in the case your rotation is still on going, you can get closer to continue but still try to slowly move to the next spawn to avoid spamming dash. Simple term is don't be too far away but don't be exactly at the spawn point etiher. Especially for second half of 1st Chamber you can use Kazuha to drag lectors a bit nearer to the next wave if you aren't using Yelan like in the video. The amount of waves made this abyss much harder. The multi-waves really do be the trick to shred time. I used Heizou National first half and Neuvy, Mona, Kazuha, Zhongli second half and had 1s left to spare. I was somewhat making the lector move to the next wave by themselves before letting kazuha do the trick. Also keep your ER good because you aren't having as much time to recharge due to the amount of waves and how chunky each wave is. Edit: If the ruin drakes are already at low hp and they start their RES increase animation, just focus on killing them rather than stunning

Ayato, Childe, C6 Candace and C6 Xingqiu. If you don't have Hydro characters, you're in a huge trouble for this Abyss. That is why I hate element check Abyss.

taser teams can also work, bc electro is the second best element against the pyro shields. Just make sure they have VERY strong elemental application lol

I think they purposely put the Pyro Abyss Lectors so Furina and Sigewinne would be more viable in the next banner. Great Mono Hydro team btw :DD

@@lordjftw6991 I actually struggled too lol, leaving my abyss 35/36 because of the abyss lectors. But, I used Wriothesley (C0 w/ sign. weapon)-Benn-Xiangling-Furina on my first half. I was able to clear it in a minute, so I had more time for the next half. But, initial team for the second half is kinda weak. You can focus in getting 3 stars in 12-2 and 12-3, then run another abyss for floor 12-1 with another team comp. I used Ayaka-Xingqiu-Kokomi-Kazuha on the second half and cleared it 3 second before the timer hits 7:00 lol. Tho, this team will be a lot weaker (doesn't have good build) if I run them for 12-2 and 12-3.

According to the hoyo app (it’s been a couple of days I forgot) i used Floor 12.1 Lyney, Benny, Kaz, Dehya 12.2 Xingqiu, Mona, Jean, Wrio Chamber 2 same Lyney team Mona, Goro, Albedo Itto Chamber 3 Itto team but Kuki instead of mona Wrio, Benny, Kaz, Xingqiu This abyss was horrible but I’m excited for the theatre thing coming out

I used Yelan/Xingqiu/Raiden/Kazuha first half, and Nilou/Kokomi/Collei/Nahida second half. I really like your Barbara, I was going to dust off my Barbara (already 90 and built, I just don’t like using healers very often) to do the same thing, but then I realized the abyss doesn’t reset every 2 weeks anymore, sad.

1st chamber is a pain, tested some teams, tested teams using Clorinde aggravate, Keqing aggravate, Alhaitham spread, and Raiden overload as main DPS in different runs, and Ganyu Marechausse Freeze, and Ayaka freeze on the 2nd half on my runs, didn't think of mono hydro ngl, but 12-1 is the only problem, would've hoped 12-3 was harder because of the consecrated beasts. Overall, this abyss is pretty challenging but it's fun.

I just cant 3 star 12-1. I have tried different teams and failed. While 12-2 and 12-3 are easily clearable. Your runs helps alot. But i dont think i have the skills to pull it off. Amazing run as always.

I wonder who this spiral abyss is supposed to market. Because it requires aoe dmg on certain floors while some floors only need single target dmg and the enemies spawn across the map meaning we also need long ranged characters?? on the first half. And on the second it requires a lot of aoe or cc wtf is it really worth it for 800 primos? 🤕

This abyss was more paimful than the last. Hydro application checks. More mobs than the last I managed to clear 36 stars with my sis acct with monohydro but instead of barbara, i use the feesh Neuvillette has sm cheese. For a unit that just had his rerun, the 2nd half caters to him too much.

Finally, I can get away from those Neuvillette and Arlecchino havers for those superiors. (But I still disappointed of you have Arlecchino because she's the enemy even I did her story quest.) So, while Kazuha is in 2nd half, but I can't making team for Keqing when I still can't positioning for Sucrose. And mainly, I can't take more efforts to grinding artifacts. All because of blames from everyone.

You can but Sucrose's burst will push the enemies on 2nd Half away from each other instead of grouping them.

I hate this abyss. I can clear it very fine with Keqing on the first half but I absolutely despise the second half. I just keep forgetting that there are two more enemies after the pyro lectors!

Second half is literally hydro check. If you have Furina Ayata/Neuvillte it becomes easier otherwise it complete hell

@@ashy5808Yeah I hate elemental checks in this game, I barely have any hydro characters cus I started playing pretty recently. I really want to like this game’s endgame but the past few abysses have been awful for new players with few characters, with so many elemental shields on enemies it’s so frustrating. And it’ll only get worse when the new endgame mode comes out. Really considering quitting for WuWa/ZZZ if I don’t win my Furina 50/50 next phase.
