Hey girls! Thank you for stopping by. I hope you find this video helpful. I wrote notes and really took my time preparing for this video so that I could give you guys as much info as possible! In this video I am reviewing the keratin hair treatment as well as reviewing the brazilian blowout hair treatment. I am breaking down all of the facts on both treatments and giving you my overall experience and recommendation on which one I hands down prefer over the other. I have curly hair naturally. Also, regarding price I am in New York which is generally pricier so I did my research on general prices and the range I mentioned is what I gathered from my research. For sure, it is just a general price range. Knowing your own area, you'll be able to make your own decision on whether something is completely underpriced or not. It doesn't necessarily need to be exactly in the range or out of it.. Around there. I hope you enjoy the video! Def grab a snack! The reason this happened is because he didn’t apply it correctly. Brazilian shouldn’t have a smell or much steam. It’s not like keratin it is not meant to straighten hair it’s to smooth it. You will still have your curls. It doesn’t change the integrity of your hair or hair structure like keratin.

My Brazilian blowouts cost 150.00 at my salon.. and I go to sallys and get the Ion Brazilian blowout line..no sulfates or added sodium chloride. Works just the same and it's a quarter the price. Love my blowouts!!!!

I've had a Brazilian blow dry in the UK and it made my curly hair really straight and it looked in fab condition. It lasted well over six months. I did buy sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, but I didn't have to buy anything from the salon. I did have to leave it for three days without washing or putting in a ponytail but this wasn't really a big deal. This was a good few years ago but I intend to have another one soon. In the U.K. you can have a Brazilian blow wave for £40-60, so it isn't really that expensive. Don't know why you've had lots of steam when having a Brazilian blow wave! That sounds really strange to me. I've never had a keratin treatment but I'm looking at olaplex and wonder what the difference is since between that and a keratin treatment, in terms of the finish and if it makes your hair straight like a Brazilian blowed dry does.

Too late😭 why I just seen it now!? not before I got my hair done😭 so the salon trick me!? I told them to do the brazilian blowout but as I watched your video I just realized that it is only a keratin treatment 😭 coz after a week my hair becomes dry again I paid much for this😭 that's why I am confused for the outcome Im not happy and satisfied with it😭 and also now I confirmed that they only trick me with this nonsense😭😭😭 I also gave them a tip then this is what they do!?😭

i am a hairstylist and i offer brazilian blowout and it does not burn the way you explain maybe is a different product he or she used because the one i use do not smell like chocolate

i know im kinda late but... i think the treatment that was used by the stylist is not formaldehyde free :( it has been 5 hours since it was applied to my hair. can i wash it off or use sulfate shampoos before the treatment works? (since it will take 2-3 days before the treatment will work ) i dont want to lose my hair since some experienced hair loss and breakage. any advice or tips would be appreciated. thank you

So with the Keratin treatment being kept flat for 3 days, once you washed it did you have any problems with volume particularly volume at the crown and top of your head? I want to get one so badly and after watching your video I feel way more comfortable moving forward especially if you had no problem with volume afterwards. Amazing video thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!! 🖤🖤

Thanks for covering all the details, such as the three-day waiting period for washing or putting up one's hair after Keratin treatment. Great advice on getting it done on a Thursday so that the waiting period isn't a hardship.

Dana. Thank you, thank you for talking about how uncomfortable it was. This warned me off the treatment and the hype. Honesty is what I appreciate so much. I would be so disappointed. Like you, I want and need result. Some of us are dealing with tough, coarse hair and cannot mess around with solutions that overpromise and under deliver.

I had the keratin treatment about a month ago. My hair is thin blonde most lot straight. I like how it makes dry tome faster, looks silky IF you buy the recommended follow up care shampoo, conditioner and stray. My highlights show better with this treatment. The thing I learned was do not put that conditioner on your scalp or that spray. It weighs down your hair soooo much that it feels greasy and heavy. It doesn’t look like it but it definitely felt like it. Now that I know that trick so far I’m loving this.

Thank you so much for doing this video. I have been using the Keratin Complex straightening for about 2 years now without trouble. Recently moved and nobody here offers it, only Brazilian blowout. This helps me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. Thank you!
