After watching two regular officers and a sergeant mistreat a 1st Amendment auditor at the DMV office, you need to train your existing force better before you think about training new hires. Officer ML Mitchell seems arrogant and dumb, and escalates tensions. Read the US Constitution.....y'all not in the Confederate States any longer.
