Love watching your videos. They always give me a lot of inspiration. Btw turkey burgers likes to turn dry. If you add grated apple, ideally granny smith it will help to keep it moist.

Hi Kerry, my partner makes amazing turkey burgers I think you should try. It’s literally just feta, turkey mince, garlic then any other herbs/spices. The feta really makes a huge difference! You also don’t need any breadcrumbs for the burgers 😁

I’ve just done a Tesco haul - mainly we do Waitrose funnily enough haha. I will go and take a peek at your Instagram too. Chicory sounds interesting I’ll have to try it!
