Over the past few months I've had a chance to play around with the Kershaw Deschutes Caper fixed blade knife. This knife is designed specifically for wild game processing and with its thin D2 blade with two jimping areas, it's easy to see why.
But for those of you that like to EDC a fixed blade knife, I think this would be a fantastic option,. It's super light weight (just 1.7 ounces) and comes in handy any time you need to need as sharp edge.
