Kesi dhidi ya aliyekuwa kongozi wa Mungiki Maina Njenga na washukiwa wengine 11 inaendelea kwa sasa katika mahakama ya Nakuru. Afisa Wa polisi Athmani Asmani ametoa ushahidi wake kuhusiana na madai kuwa Njenga na washukiwa hao ni wa kundi la Mungiki na kuwa walipatikana na bunduki wakifanya mikutano nyumbani kwa Njenga tarehe Kumi Na mbili mwezi Mei mwaka jana.

Theyre allowed to be emotional when cross examining mr or mrs witness..Confirm muthomi thiankolu emotions during cs linturi impeachment or khaminiwa

@@thestreetnarrator1010 Any good lawyer should be composed, level-headed and calm. Emotions unawacha nyumbani na bibi au bwana. Because emotions will not add any strength to your points..it will just make the witness feel anxious and intimidated.
